Because of our brand’s viral growth and extremely high demand recently, shipping may take 7-14 Days or faster (United States), 14-21 Days or faster (Worldwide).
In some cases such as holidays or events around the world, orders may not get to you within the estimated times.

Custom Orders 
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 10-15 business days from the order date (not including shipping time) for the item to ship. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at help@luxurclass.com or at (44)-7868-747120 . Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.   

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We ship internationally; we have a standard international rate:

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $4.95 (7-14 business days*)

-FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on orders over $30 (7-14 business days*)

-INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING - $24.95 (2-7 business days)

-FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING UPGRADE on orders over $300


*This is an average. Depends on each country. We will process your parcel either from our Asia Pacific factory or from our UK warehouse.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Please note the Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Average dispatch is 1-3 business days (not including weekends)
The average international standard delivery is 7-14 business days*.
Average international express shipping is 1-4 business days.

*For Standard Delivery, some countries take longer due to customs clearances and you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country. Please see below for the maximum delivery days for each country to see when you should inquire and raise a ticket with us.

Why isn't my tracking number working?
Tracking info isn't always available immediately. It may take a few days for you to be able to view the tracking info.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?

We have different suppliers for our products. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry the rest of the products are on the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. 
Please send us your cancellation or change request within 12 hours of ordering.

Once your order has been sent out, your order cannot be changed or cancelled; please double check before placing your order.
